Rehabilitation of one of the most emblematic of those who turn to the Ibizan beach Figueretas buildings. In 5 storey a total of 34 luxury apartments are distributed in beachfront with sea views. The ground floors houses some public spaces. The diaphanous and continuous spaces, the using of light colors as a common denominator, the avant-garde lighting and a reception full of life and color have made of this project a benchmark of this concept of buildings on the island.
