Hotel Xereca Fase 1

The project, a collaboration between Jordi Carreño and María Carreño, involves the restoration of a 15th-century estate in the heart of Ibiza. At Hotel Xereca, the former cow sheds have been transformed into en-suite rooms, the old water mill has become a meditation space, and the surrounding gardens and orange groves offer areas for outdoor dining, strolling, and relaxing. A modern architectural design that blends with the island’s tradition.
